润滑油拖动特性对高速角接触球轴承保持架运动平稳性的影响

【摘要】:在4109,4106和4050航空润滑油油膜拖动特性试验基础上,给出了3种润滑油油膜拖动系数计算公式,并建立了高速角接触球轴承非线性动力学微分方程组,采用预估-校正的GSTIFF变步长积分算法对其动力学微分方程组进行求解。研究了3种航空润滑油对高速角接触球轴承保持架运动平稳性的影响,结果表明:对于这3种航空润滑油,过小或过大的轴承轴向载荷都不利于保持架运动平稳性,且随着轴向载荷的增加,保持架质心轨迹由混乱到单圆涡动再到多圆涡动;当轴承承受1 000 N的轴向载荷时,低温工况下优选4109润滑油,高温工况下优选4106润滑油;当轴承润滑油温度为130℃时,轴承不适合承受过小的轴向载荷,在重载的工况下优选4106润滑油,在轻载的工况下优选4050润滑油,4050润滑油在轻载的情况下较4109润滑油适用范围广。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the experiments on the film drag characteristics of 4109 and 4050 aviation lubricating oils, three formulas for calculating the drag coefficients of lubricating oil film are given, and the nonlinear dynamic differential equations of high speed angular contact ball bearings are established. A predictor-corrector GSTIFF variable step integral algorithm is used to solve the dynamic differential equations. The effect of three kinds of aviation lubricating oils on the stability of the cage motion of high speed angular contact ball bearings is studied. The results show that the axial loads of the bearings too small or too large are not conducive to the stability of the cage motion for these three kinds of aviation lubricating oils. With the increase of axial load, the cages' centroid trajectory changes from chaos to single circle vortex to multi-circle vortex, when bearing bears 1 000 N axial load, 4109 lubricating oil is selected at low temperature condition and 4106 lubricating oil is selected under high temperature condition.
