低温沉积成型过程温度场建模与仿真分析

【摘要】:低温沉积成型是一种现代绿色的增材制造技术。在沉积过程中随着沉积层的增高,冷冻所需要时间也在变化。建立了低温沉积过程的温度场模型,运用数值模拟的方法对沉积过程的温度变化进行模拟仿真。分析出凝固时间和初始温度、沉积层数、环境温度和层间等待时间的关系,找到了最短冷冻时间,提高了沉积效率。低温实验的结果也证明了模型的正确性。
[Abstract]:Low temperature deposition molding is a modern green material increasing technology. As the deposition increases, the time required for freezing also changes. The temperature field model of low temperature deposition process is established, and the temperature variation of deposition process is simulated by numerical simulation method. The relationship between solidification time and initial temperature, deposition layer number, environment temperature and waiting time between layers was analyzed. The shortest freezing time was found and the deposition efficiency was improved. The results of low temperature experiments also proved the correctness of the model.
