SCT型单螺杆泵采用Mooney-Rivlin模型的有限元分析

【摘要】:德国Seepex公司研发的SCT(Smart Conveying Technology)型单螺杆泵是一种采用定子可分割技术的灵巧型输送设备,对其结构组成和工作原理进行系统地总结后发现,采用定子分割技术的SCT型单螺杆泵具有输送效率高、极小空间内可快速安装拆卸定子等优点。但该设备常在低压环境下输送污泥,未见其在油气混输中的应用,且可分割的定子属于超弹性非线性材料,因而对定子采用Mooney-Rivlin模型并通过有限元分析其在高压下的密封效果。结果表明,在一定的内压下,定子与转子接触压力随着腔室间压差值的增加几乎呈线性增加,且接触压力曲线的斜率小于压差曲线的斜率,具有较高的密封压差,因此,可在传统SCT型单螺杆泵基础上进行结构改进使其更适用于油气混输。
[Abstract]:The single screw pump of SCT(Smart Conveying Technology, developed by Seepex Company in Germany, is a kind of smart conveying equipment with stator divisible technology. The structure and working principle of the pump are summarized systematically. SCT single screw pump with stator partition technology has the advantages of high conveying efficiency and quick installation and disassembly of stator in minimal space. However, the equipment often conveys sludge in low pressure environment, but its application in oil and gas mixed transportation is not seen, and the divisible stator belongs to hyperelastic nonlinear material. Therefore, Mooney-Rivlin model is adopted to the stator and its sealing effect under high pressure is analyzed by finite element method. The results show that under certain internal pressure, the contact pressure between stator and rotor increases linearly with the increase of the pressure difference between the chambers, and the slope of the contact pressure curve is smaller than the slope of the pressure difference curve. It can be improved on the basis of traditional SCT single screw pump to make it more suitable for oil and gas mixed transportation.
