面向制造的弧齿线圆柱齿轮建模及动力学分析

【摘要】:以弧齿线圆柱齿轮为研究对象,在分析弧齿线圆柱齿轮加工工艺的基础上,利用UG/Open grip语言进行二次开发,实现了面向制造的弧齿线圆柱齿轮的参数化建模。借助ADAMS软件对不同齿线半径的弧齿线圆柱齿轮齿轮副进行动力学分析,揭示了齿线半径对弧齿线圆柱齿轮啮合力的影响规律,得到了弧齿线圆柱齿轮齿轮副平均啮合力随齿线半径的变化规律曲线。当齿线半径满足条件1.7b≤R≤2.3b时,弧齿线圆柱齿轮的平均啮合力达到最优。研究结果为弧齿线圆柱齿轮将来的设计及工程应用提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:Taking the arc tooth line cylindrical gear as the research object, based on the analysis of the machining technology of the arc tooth line cylindrical gear, the parametric modeling of the arc tooth line cylindrical gear is realized by using UG/Open grip language. With the help of ADAMS software, the dynamic analysis of cylindrical gear pair with different tooth line radius is carried out, and the influence of tooth line radius on the engagement force of arc tooth line cylindrical gear is revealed.
