高减速比准双曲面齿轮的几何演变

【摘要】:提出了一种弧线等高齿高减速比准双曲面(HRH)齿轮,探讨了HRH齿轮节锥的演变以及弧线等高轮齿在齿高和齿厚方向上的演化过程。分析了HRH齿轮几何特性的演变过程及其涉及的关键因素,给出了弧线等高齿HRH齿轮节锥设计的优化方法。利用大轮齿面几何和啮合方程推导出共轭小轮的齿面方程,求出离散齿面点坐标。对大小轮轮齿实体进行了三维建模仿真,并与所加工的实体模型进行了对比分析。证明了所提出的弧线等高齿HRH齿轮在理论和实践上的可行性。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a kind of hypoid HRH gear with arc contour tooth height and deceleration ratio. The evolution of the pitch bevel of HRH gear and the evolution process of arc contour gear tooth in the direction of tooth height and tooth thickness are discussed. The evolution process of geometric characteristics of HRH gears and the key factors involved are analyzed. The optimization method for the design of HRH gear pitch bevel with arc isodontic teeth is presented. The tooth surface equation of the conjugate small wheel is derived by using the geometry and meshing equation of the large gear tooth surface and the coordinates of the discrete tooth surface point are obtained. The 3D modeling and simulation of the large and small gear teeth are carried out and compared with the machined solid model. The theoretical and practical feasibility of the proposed arc isodontic HRH gear is proved.
