基于UG的半开式叶轮的数控加工

【摘要】:半开式叶轮属于复杂曲面零件,在离心泵中被广泛应用。对某一半开式叶轮进行了结构参数计算和叶轮绘型,然后采用UG软件对其进行了三维精确建模,并分析了该叶轮的数控加工工艺,进而在UG软件里对该叶轮进行了数控加工刀具路径的编制和切削仿真,最后将生成的数控程序传入加工中心进行了实际加工。该方法加工出的半开式叶轮尺寸精确、表面质量好。
[Abstract]:Semi-open impeller is a complicated curved part, which is widely used in centrifugal pump. The structural parameters of a half open impeller are calculated and the shape of impeller is plotted. Then the 3D accurate modeling is carried out by UG software, and the NC machining technology of the impeller is analyzed. Furthermore, the NC machining tool path and cutting simulation of the impeller are carried out in UG software. Finally, the generated NC program is introduced into the machining center for actual machining. The semi-open impeller manufactured by this method is accurate in size and good in surface quality.
