静压轴承节流孔出口斜坡对压力陡降现象的抑制

【摘要】:在一定条件下,气体静压轴承在节流孔出口处会出现大幅度的压力降低现象,这降低了轴承的承载能力与刚度。高速气流从节流孔中喷射而出,在平面的阻挡下迅速转向90°,这使得气流在拐角处速度进一步提高,进而导致了压力的降低。为提高气体静压轴承的静态特性,同时考虑静压轴承的加工性能,提出了在节流孔处加工斜坡的方法来抑制节流孔处的压力陡降现象。建立了单孔止推轴承的低雷诺数K-ε湍流模型,在CFD仿真的基础上,分析了不同倾斜角度下,轴承均压区的压力陡降比、承载特性与耗气量,并得到如下结论:节流孔出口处的斜坡能明显抑制压力陡降现象;节流孔出口斜坡的倾角小于6°时,倾角越大,其承载压力陡降比越小;随着倾角的增大,轴承的承载力增大,同时耗气量上升。
[Abstract]:Under certain conditions, the pressure of the aerostatic bearing will be greatly reduced at the outlet of the throttle hole, which reduces the bearing capacity and stiffness. The high velocity flow jet from the throttle hole and turn to 90 掳quickly under the block of the plane, which makes the velocity of the air flow increase further at the corner, and then leads to the reduction of pressure. In order to improve the static characteristics of the aerostatic bearing and to consider the machining performance of the hydrostatic bearing, a method of machining the slope at the throttle hole is proposed to suppress the phenomenon of steep pressure drop at the throttle hole. The low Reynolds number K- 蔚 turbulence model of single hole thrust bearing is established. On the basis of CFD simulation, the pressure drop ratio, bearing characteristics and gas consumption of the bearing at different inclination angles are analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: the slope at the outlet of the throttle hole can obviously restrain the phenomenon of steep drop of pressure, when the inclination angle of the exit slope of the orifice is less than 6 掳, the larger the inclination angle is, the smaller the ratio of steep drop of bearing pressure is, and the bearing capacity increases with the increase of inclination angle. At the same time, the gas consumption increased.
