高压齿轮泵浮动侧板的动态平衡机理

【摘要】:针对高压齿轮泵浮动侧板磨损问题,在解析齿轮泵内部流场的基础上重点研究浮动侧板反推力作用点变化规律和导致侧板产生倾覆力矩的关键因素。以某型号高压大排量齿轮泵为模型,运用CFD软件解析齿轮泵内部流场并根据侧板结构特点建立压紧力和反推力的求解微分方程,求得一个轮齿啮合周期内的侧板倾覆力矩变化规律,同时通过建立齿轮泵工作腔压力测试系统对该理论分析结果进行验证。结果显示:额定工况下试验值与理论值的误差为4.18%,当齿轮转角φ=14°时倾覆力矩达到最大值Ms=82.16 N·m。该研究结果可为高压大排量齿轮泵浮动侧板倾覆力矩计算和侧板结构优化设计提供理论基础和技术支撑。
[Abstract]:In view of the wear problem of floating side plate of high pressure gear pump, based on the analysis of internal flow field of gear pump, the variation law of reverse thrust point of floating side plate and the key factors leading to the overturning moment of side plate are studied emphatically. Taking a certain type of high pressure and large displacement gear pump as a model, the internal flow field of gear pump is analyzed by CFD software, and the differential equations of compression force and reverse thrust are established according to the structural characteristics of side plate. The law of overturning moment of side plate in a gear tooth meshing period is obtained, and the theoretical analysis results are verified by establishing a pressure measurement system for the working cavity of gear pump. The results show that the error between the test value and the theoretical value is 4.18 under rated working condition. When the gear rotation angle is 14 掳, the overturning moment reaches the maximum value of 82.16 N / m. The results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the calculation of overturning moment of floating side plate of high pressure and large displacement gear pump and the optimization design of side plate structure.
