破碎机PLC控制系统研制

【摘要】:渣钢厂是钢铁生产企业的下属企业是一家主要回收社会废钢、回收厂内废渣、废渣破碎处理的生产厂家,从投产到现在已近40余载,其主要生产设备,也进行了更新换代,跟上时代步伐。炉渣破碎站的设备从现场手动操作,继电器交流接触器控制,继而到PLC全自动控制,主要以德国西门子PLC系统为主。伴随着科技和设备的跨越式发展,以及高标准,严格的生产规范要求,对矿渣粉碎站设备水平和稳定的运行状态,提出了更高层次的要求。炉渣破碎机是破碎企业的核心设备和脊梁,破碎站的职责是废料处理、破碎,然后再提供给下级客户利用,其设备等级和值班人员的岗位水平,对下游用户的产品质量影响更直接。德国西门子研发的S7-400系统,大大提高了系统的可靠性能,其稳定性也大大加强,硬件和软件完美结合,为系统的正常运行保驾护航。本论文介绍了西门子S7-400,硬件设计,系统编程的总体框架,并且通过WINCC在上位机和下位机在电脑屏幕上组态画面,把生产过程和操作员的视觉习惯相结合,从而优化方案,更加符合大多数操作员的习惯。论文重点在破碎机PLC控制系统研制方面,下位机程序分别讲述了STEP开发,破碎机的程序设计,液压泵的程序设计,油加热器的程序设计,模拟量标定的程序设计。上位机画面开发分别讲述了开发环境,变量管理,图形编辑,全局脚本,报警记录等,进而开发系统纵览界面如破碎机控制界面设计、历史趋势、报警画面组态设计等。破碎机的PLC可编程的软件系统是由上位机组态画面和下位机西门子程序构成的。
[Abstract]:The slag steel plant is a subordinate enterprise of iron and steel production enterprise, which is a manufacturer of recycling waste steel, recycling waste residue and waste residue. From production to more than 40 years now, its main production equipment has been updated to keep up with the pace of the times. The equipment of the slag crushing station is manually operated from the site and relay contact contact. The device control, then to the PLC full automatic control, is mainly based on the German SIEMENS PLC system. With the rapid development of the technology and equipment, and the high standard and strict requirements of the production standard, the requirement of the equipment level and stable running state of the slag crushing station is put forward. The slag crusher is the core equipment of the broken enterprise and the core equipment of the crushing enterprise. The S7-400 system developed by German SIEMENS greatly improves the performance of the system, its stability is greatly strengthened, and the hardware and software are finished. This paper introduces the overall framework of the SIEMENS S7-400, hardware design and system programming, and combines the production process with the operator's visual habits through the WINCC in the PC and the lower computer on the computer screen, so as to optimize the scheme and be more in line with the majority of the operators. The paper focuses on the development of the crusher PLC control system. The program of the lower computer tells the development of STEP, the program design of the crusher, the program design of the hydraulic pump, the program design of the oil heater, the program design of the analog calibration. The development environment, the variable management, the graphics editing and the global script are narrated in the upper computer screen development respectively. Alarm record and so on, and then develop the system overview interface such as the crusher control interface design, the historical trend, the alarm picture configuration design and so on. The PLC programmable software system of the crusher is composed of the upper computer configuration picture and the lower computer SIEMENS program.
