【摘要】:柱塞副是高压油泵总成中最重要和最精密的零件之一。随着泵油压力的提高,其密封特性的研究已成为研究高压共轨燃油喷射系统的关键。实践表明,柱塞微运动对柱塞副的密封特性和泄漏有着重要的影响。本文针对该课题主要开展了以下研究:(1)阐述了高压油泵的工作原理,建立了柱塞副受力的物理模型。引入动压支撑理论,进行了液压支撑力和液压支撑力矩的平衡分析。采用数值方法对动力学模型进行了耦合求解,得到了柱塞偏移、倾斜的微运动。(2)在考虑柱塞微运动、结构变形以及燃油物性变化的基础上,对高压油泵柱塞副瞬态泄漏进行了理论研究,建立了其相应的数学模型。给出了该耦合模型的数值求解方法,并与实验对比验证该模型的精确性。进一步完善了柱塞副泄漏理论,为高压油泵柱塞副的设计提供了理论指导。(3)进一步分析了柱塞和凸轮的结构、工作以及燃油的物性等参数对高压油泵柱塞腔压力和柱塞副瞬态泄漏的作用,并总结了其影响规律。进一步丰富了高压油泵泵油能力的研究基础,为高压油泵的设计提供了理论指导。
[Abstract]:Plunger pair is one of the most important and precise parts in high-pressure oil pump assembly. With the increase of pump oil pressure, the study of seal characteristics has become the key to the study of high pressure common rail fuel injection system. Practice shows that the micro movement of plunger has an important effect on sealing characteristics and leakage of plunger pair. In this paper, the working principle of high pressure oil pump is expounded, and the physical model of piston pair force is established. The balance analysis of hydraulic support force and hydraulic support torque is carried out by introducing the theory of hydrodynamic support. The numerical method is used to solve the dynamic model by coupling method. The plunger migration and tilted micro-motion are obtained on the basis of considering the micro-motion of plunger, structural deformation and the change of fuel properties. The transient leakage of plunger pair of high pressure oil pump is studied theoretically and its corresponding mathematical model is established. The numerical solution of the coupled model is presented, and the accuracy of the model is verified by comparison with the experimental results. The leakage theory of plunger pair is further improved, and the structure of plunger and cam is further analyzed for the design of plunger pair of high pressure oil pump. The effects of operation and physical properties of fuel on the pressure of plunger cavity and transient leakage of plunger pair of high pressure oil pump are summarized. It further enriches the research foundation of high-pressure oil pump and provides theoretical guidance for the design of high-pressure oil pump.
