径向磁轴承磁路耦合对磁力的影响及其解耦控制策略

【摘要】:由于磁路在磁轴承定子磁极间的耦合,磁力的分布会发生变化,致使理论模型推导的控制电流难以提供准确的回复力。基于Boit-Savart定理建立了磁场分布模型并分析了磁路耦合的影响因素;建立了考虑磁路耦合的磁力等效模型;分析了磁路耦合对磁力误差的影响,并提出了解耦控制策略;进行了电磁场仿真,验证了解耦控制的正确性;通过磁轴承稳态悬浮实验,验证了解耦控制策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:Due to the coupling of the magnetic circuit between the magnetic poles of the stator of the magnetic bearing, the distribution of the magnetic force will change, which makes it difficult for the control current derived from the theoretical model to provide an accurate return force. Based on the Boit-Savart theorem, the magnetic field distribution model is established and the influencing factors of magnetic circuit coupling are analyzed, the equivalent magnetic force model considering magnetic circuit coupling is established, the influence of magnetic circuit coupling on magnetic force error is analyzed, and the decoupling control strategy is proposed. The simulation of electromagnetic field verifies the correctness of decoupling control, and the validity of decoupling control strategy is verified by the steady suspension experiment of magnetic bearing.
