车用柱塞泵配流副径向表面轮廓对稳态润滑特性影响的研究

【摘要】:使用表面形貌仪实际测量了配流盘径向表面轮廓,同时假设缸体径向表面轮廓具有理想型、内凹型和内凸型3种类型,并使用倾斜方位描述法建立了考虑径向表面轮廓的油膜厚度模型;结合柱坐标系下稳态润滑控制方程,对比分析3种径向表面轮廓对偶形式配流副的动压力分布及其效果,最后搭建稳态润滑试验台进行试验验证。试验与仿真结果表明:与实测配流盘配合的理想平整缸体动压生成能力最强,但因加工问题无法实际应用,内凹型缸体动压能力次之,可应用于配流副工程设计,而内凸型缸体生成动压能力最差;内凹型缸体-实测配流盘对偶的配流副摩擦因数符合经典Stribeck曲线,其反映润滑状态转变的临界速度随负载的增大而升高。
[Abstract]:The radial surface profile of the distribution disk is measured by using the surface topography instrument, and the radial surface profile of the cylinder block is assumed to have three types: ideal type, concave type and convex type. The oil film thickness model considering the radial surface profile is established by using the inclined azimuth description method, and the dynamic pressure distribution and its effect of the three dual radial surface profile matching pairs are compared and analyzed with the steady-state lubrication control equation in the cylindrical coordinate system. Finally, the steady state lubrication test rig is built for test verification. The experimental and simulation results show that the dynamic pressure generation ability of the ideal flat cylinder block matched with the measured flow distributor is the strongest, but it can not be applied to practical application because of the processing problems, and the dynamic pressure capacity of the inner concave cylinder block is the second, which can be applied to the design of the flow distribution unit. However, the dynamic pressure generation ability of convex cylinder block is the worst, and the friction coefficient of the matching pair of concave cylinder block and measured distribution disc is in line with the classical Stribeck curve, and the critical velocity of lubricating state transition increases with the increase of load.
