进口探针支杆对1.5级压气机气动性能的影响

【摘要】:为了评估进口测试探针支杆对压气机气动性能的影响,定常计算了包含不同直径、轴向位置、周向位置及形状的探针支杆的1.5级压气机特性线。结果表明,较无进口探针支杆的工况,带探针支杆的压气机特性线整体向左下方偏移。圆柱型支杆较迎风面积相同的长条型支杆而言,使压气机特性线衰减更严重;随支杆直径增加,压气机特性线偏移量增大,5mm,10mm及20mm的支杆使压气机平均效率分别降低0.8%,1.32%及2.28%;支杆周向位置、轴向位置对压气机特性线无影响。分析定常及非定常数值计算结果发现,当支杆尾迹引起的进口气流角脉动位于进口导叶不敏感角范围内时,导叶的整流作用使导叶下游压气机性能不受进口支杆的影响。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the influence of the imported test probe rod on the aerodynamic performance of the compressor, the 1.5 stage compressor characteristic lines with different diameters, axial positions, circumferential positions and shapes were calculated. The results show that the compressor characteristic line with the probe rod is shifted to the lower left than that without the inlet probe rod. The attenuation of the characteristic line of the compressor is more serious than that of the long rod with the same upwind area, and with the increase of the diameter of the rod, The compressor characteristic line offset increased by 5 mm and 10 mm and the 20mm support bar reduced the average compressor efficiency by 0.81.32% and 2.28%, respectively, while the circumferential position and axial position of the supporting rod had no effect on the compressor characteristic line. By analyzing the steady and unsteady numerical results, it is found that when the inlet flow angle pulsation caused by the wake of the supporting rod is within the insensitive angle range of the inlet guide vane, the rectifying action of the guide vane makes the performance of the compressor downstream of the guide vane independent of the inlet branch.
