基于无水启动试验数据计算水泵轴系特征参数

【摘要】:将立式水泵机组轴系结构简化为三支承二圆盘的集中参数模型,建立了电动机转子和水泵转轮形心轨迹的运动方程,进而获得稳态下形心轨迹的解析表达式.利用水泵机组无水启动试验的特殊性和近似处理,给出了电动机转子和水泵转轮固有频率和阻尼比的计算方法.以某泵站无水启动的轴系摆度实测数据为例,根据轴系几何结构拟合轴系摆度形态,结合多转速下的测试数据,采用多项式拟合方法获得转子和转轮摆度数据.利用拟合得到的转子和转轮摆度数据计算水泵机组轴系特征参数,并对计算中的相关问题进行了分析说明.采用文中所提出的方法,可计算得到水泵转轮和电动机转子的固有频率转速、阻尼比和质量偏心等振动特征参数,且计算结果具有一定的数值稳定性.由于采用实测数据进行计算,所获得的振动特征参数包含了安装、调试等不确定性因素的影响,对于已安装运行的水泵机组振动研究具有参考价值.
[Abstract]:The shafting structure of a vertical pump unit is simplified as a lumped parameter model with three supports and two disks, and the motion equations of the centroid locus of the motor rotor and the pump runner are established, and the analytical expression of the centroid trajectory under steady state is obtained. Based on the particularity and approximate treatment of water-free start-up test of water pump unit, the calculation method of natural frequency and damping ratio of motor rotor and pump runner is given. Taking the measured shafting data of a pump station as an example, according to the shafting geometry structure fitting shafting form, combining with the test data under multi-rotation speed, the data of rotor and runner pendulum are obtained by polynomial fitting method. The characteristic parameters of water pump unit shafting are calculated by using the data of rotor and runner pendulum, and the related problems in calculation are analyzed and explained. The vibration characteristic parameters such as natural frequency speed damping ratio and mass eccentricity of the pump runner and motor rotor can be calculated by using the method presented in this paper. The calculated results have certain numerical stability. Because the measured data are used to calculate, the vibration characteristic parameters obtained include the influence of uncertain factors such as installation and debugging, which is of reference value for the vibration research of the pump units that have been installed and run.
