平衡盘结构参数对多级泵转子系统动态平衡规律的影响

【摘要】:针对多级离心泵运行过程中平衡盘频繁研磨及泄漏量大等问题,以某泵平衡盘为例,从其结构参数出发,结合多级泵平衡盘-转子系统运动方程,运用Matlab软件对不同结构参数下的平衡盘动态平衡规律进行了计算机仿真.根据仿真曲线可知:平衡盘动态平衡过程中的平衡值由其结构参数决定,过冲量由轴向间隙初值与其固有的平衡值的差值决定;根据平衡值及过冲量的变化趋势对此平衡盘在其设计原则范围内,内径取较小值79.0mm,轴向间隙长度取较小值19mm,径向间隙长度取较大值90mm,其平衡值可减小12%,过冲量减小95%,动态稳定时间减小47%,泄漏量降低4.2%.因此合理设计平衡盘结构参数可有效减少平衡盘研磨,降低泄漏量,并为解决此类问题提供参考依据.
[Abstract]:In view of the problems such as frequent grinding and large leakage of the balancing disk in the operation of multistage centrifugal pump, taking the balancing disk of a pump as an example, according to its structural parameters, combined with the equation of motion of the multi-stage pump balancing disk-rotor system, The dynamic balance law of balancing disk with different structure parameters is simulated by Matlab software. According to the simulation curve, the equilibrium value of the balancing disk is determined by its structural parameters, and the over-impulse is determined by the difference between the initial value of axial clearance and its inherent equilibrium value. According to the change trend of balance value and over impulse, the balance disk is within the scope of its design principle, The inner diameter is 79.0mm, the axial clearance length is 19mm, the radial clearance length is 90mm. The equilibrium value can be reduced by 12mm, the overimpulse by 95mm, the dynamic stabilization time by 47mm and the leakage by 4.2 mm. Therefore, the reasonable design of the structural parameters of the balancing disk can effectively reduce the grinding of the balancing disk, reduce the leakage, and provide a reference for solving this kind of problems.
