用压力法测量阀门的泄漏率

【摘要】:为解决阀门泄漏率在线测量不方便的问题,提出用压力法来测量阀门的泄漏率。压力法通过将需要测量的阀门隔离出来,然后对这个封闭系统施加一定的压力,接着用一段时间内封闭系统的压降来计算阀门的泄漏率。理论分析和实际运用表明,压力法可以在工艺系统不用增加额外的设备,阀门也不需要从系统中拆下来的情况下,精确地测量出阀门的泄漏率。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of the inconvenient on-line measurement of valve leakage rate, the pressure method is proposed to measure the valve leakage rate. The pressure method separates the valve that needs to be measured, then exerts a certain pressure on the closed system, and then calculates the leakage rate of the valve by using the pressure drop of the closed system for a period of time. Theoretical analysis and practical application show that the pressure method can accurately measure the leakage rate of the valve without adding additional equipment and removing the valve from the system.
