纤维长度对无石棉密封垫片压缩回弹性能的影响

【摘要】:通过鲍尔筛分仪对不同长度的纤维素纤维、芳纶浆粕纤维和矿物棉纤维进行筛分并测其重均纤维长度,然后采用U8(43)均匀试验法设计对抄取法制备的无石棉密封垫片进行压缩回弹性能试验,通过多元线性回归方法研究了压缩率和回弹率与纤维长度的关系,同时利用得到的回归方程对垫片的压缩回弹性能进行预测,并与试验值进行对比。结果表明:纤维长度对压缩回弹性能有显著的影响;随着纤维长度的增加,垫片的压缩率逐渐增大,回弹率逐渐减小,其中芳纶浆粕纤维长度的影响最为明显;利用回归方程得到垫片压缩回弹性能的预测值与试验值比较接近。
[Abstract]:Cellulose fibers of different lengths, aramid pulp fibers and mineral cotton fibers were screened by Bauer sieve apparatus. Then U8 (43) uniform test method was used to design the compression resilience test of the asbestos-free seal gasket prepared by the copying method. The relationship between the compression ratio, the springback rate and the fiber length was studied by the multivariate linear regression method. At the same time, the regression equation is used to predict the compression resilience of gasket, and the results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the fiber length has a significant effect on the compression resilience, and with the increase of fiber length, the compression ratio of gasket increases gradually, and the springback decreases gradually, among which the effect of fiber length on the fiber length of aramid pulp is the most obvious. The predicted value of the compression resilience of gasket obtained by regression equation is close to the experimental value.
