RV减速器曲柄轴受力分析及其传动精度影响研究

【摘要】:根据力平衡和力矩平衡原理,建立了与摆线轮自转角度、曲柄轴自转角度相关的曲柄轴受力分析方法。使用ADAMS软件,进行了系统运动仿真,提取曲柄轴受力数据,与理论分析数据相比,验证了曲柄轴受力分析方法的合理性。分析了在上述受力下RV减速器传动的弹性精度误差,以及曲柄轴偏心距误差对上述传动误差的影响,由此可知,曲柄轴偏心距向负偏差变化时,各齿啮合力和曲柄轴受力增加,但RV减速器传动弹性精度得到了提高。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of force balance and moment balance, a method of force analysis of crankshaft is established, which is related to the rotation angle of cycloid wheel and the rotation angle of crankshaft. The system motion simulation is carried out by using ADAMS software, and the data of crank shaft force are extracted. Compared with the theoretical analysis data, the rationality of the method of crank shaft force analysis is verified. The elastic precision error of RV reducer transmission under the above forces and the influence of the crankshaft eccentricity error on the above transmission error are analyzed. It can be seen that when the crankshaft eccentricity changes in negative deviation, the meshing force and the crankshaft force of each tooth increase. But the elastic accuracy of RV reducer is improved.
