环形自激振荡射流泵内部流动特性的数值模拟

【摘要】:将环形射流泵和自激振荡射流的优势相结合提出了一种新型射流泵,通过数值模拟的方法研究了不同流量比工况下新型射流泵的性能和效率以及流场内部流动参数的规律变化。结果表明:不同的工况条件对新型射流泵的性能有着较大的影响,最大泵效相比于传统射流泵增大了2%左右,确定了较优工况条件为0.48≤q≤0.7;随着被吸流量的增大,流场中压力系数逐渐降低,压降增大的同时也造成了部分能量损失;两股射流在自激振荡腔室入口处的混合区范围有着明显变化,各截面动量修正系数逐渐趋于稳定,在出水管处射流基本混合均匀。
[Abstract]:A new type of jet pump is proposed by combining the advantages of the annular jet pump and the self-excited oscillating jet. The performance and efficiency of the new jet pump under different flow ratios and the variation of flow parameters in the flow field are studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the performance of the new jet pump is greatly affected by different operating conditions. The maximum pump efficiency increases by about 2% compared with the traditional jet pump, and the optimum operating conditions are determined to be 0.48 鈮,
