动圈式磁感应传感器在轴承振动测量中的应用

【摘要】:分析动圈式磁感应传感器的工作原理,论述基于动圈式磁感应传感器构建速度型轴承振动测量系统的总体方案,根据该测试方案研制了动圈式磁感应传感器并与同类产品进行性能比对,最终通过滚动轴承实际振动测量对测量系统进行了验证。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the working principle of the moving coil magnetic induction sensor, and discusses the overall scheme of the vibration measurement system of the speed bearing based on the moving coil magnetic induction sensor. According to the test scheme, the movable coil magnetic induction sensor is developed and compared with the similar products. Finally, the measuring system is verified by the actual vibration measurement of the rolling bearing.
