十字轴平端面、钻中心孔专机设备系统改进

【摘要】:各种规格十字轴的生产,基本上都是大规模、大批量、专业化流水线作业。模锻制坯后,第一道加工工序是平端面钻中心孔,为争取高精度、高效率,一般都自行设计或将普通设备改造成专用设备。利用废旧普通车床,采用集机、电、液于一体的改造方案,对机械传动系统进行了简化,利用齿轮齿条机构旋转分度和插销定位;拟定了新的液压系统和控制电路,采用储能器与小流量定量泵组成的油源和主缸差动连接。实践证明:该专机设备改造实现了投入少、见效快、效率高的目的,对同类产品生产有较好的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:All kinds of specifications of cross-shaft production, basically are large-scale, large-volume, professional assembly line operations. After forging the blank, the first processing procedure is to drill the center hole with flat face. In order to achieve high precision and high efficiency, the common equipment is usually designed by itself or transformed into special equipment. In this paper, the mechanical transmission system is simplified by using the waste ordinary lathe, adopting the transformation scheme of integrating the machine, electricity and liquid, and the new hydraulic system and control circuit are drawn up by using the gear rack mechanism to rotate the indexing and pin positioning. A differential connection between the main cylinder and the oil source composed of the energy storage unit and the small flow quantitative pump is adopted. It has been proved by practice that the revamping of the special equipment has achieved the goal of less investment, quick effect and high efficiency, which has a good reference significance for the production of similar products.
