重叠轨道融合传动带的硬币分拣机器的创新设计

【摘要】:第五套人民币硬币分拣机的分拣原理是根据该套硬币的直径大小设计不同带有下落口的轨道,由于硬币大小不同所以分拣轨道下落口大小也不同,主要的创新是这些轨道重叠在一起,硬币滑行道到重叠轨道中分拣不同面值大小的硬币。根据这个原理设计的硬币自动分拣机,包括输送模块、分离模块和计数模块。输送模块主要作用是将硬币在输送带上输送到硬币轨道口,硬币在输送带上利用辊子和刮片板进行单层化铺平和分列排队;分离模块主要作用是将进入轨道的硬币在皮带的带动动力下水平并行滑行,这些轨道的底层重叠在一起,每个轨道中沿硬币运动方向设有若干口径,这些口径是根据硬币大小设计的从小到大的出币口,这种方法可以高效准确的分拣每个轨道中不同面值大小的硬币;计数模块主要作用是设置在各个滑道中的红外传感器,各个红外传感器连接单片机实现计数和数值统计。实验证明该分拣机可以高效准确地实现对我国第五套人民币大批量硬币进行分离和计数,而且效率高、准确性高。
[Abstract]:The principle of the fifth RMB coin sorting machine is to design different tracks with falling ports according to the diameters of the coins. Because the coins are of different sizes, the size of the drop ports of the tracks is also different. The main innovation is that these tracks overlap, and coins taxiway to overlap tracks to sort coins of different denominations. According to this principle, the coin automatic sorting machine is designed, including conveying module, separating module and counting module. The main function of the conveying module is to transport the coins on the conveyer belt to the coin track port, and the coins on the conveyer belt are paved and separated by single layer with roller and scraper. The main function of the separation module is to slide the coins into orbit horizontally and horizontally under the driving force of the belt. The bottom layers of these tracks overlap together, and each track has a number of calibers along the direction of the coin's motion. These calibers are small to large coin outlets designed according to the size of coins. This method can efficiently and accurately sort coins of different denominations in each track; the main function of the counting module is to set infrared sensors in each slide path. Each infrared sensor connected to a single-chip computer to achieve counting and numerical statistics. It is proved by experiments that this sorting machine can separate and count the fifth set of RMB large batch coins in China efficiently and accurately, and has high efficiency and accuracy.
