基于电液联合控制的校直机校直精度控制方法研究

【摘要】:目前,市场上主要的校直机种类分为两种:液压校直机和伺服校直机。液压校直机由于受工作介质性能的影响,致使其加工精度低,误差范围大。伺服校直机利用伺服电机控制,其控制精度高、响应速度快,但是设备成本高昂。现研究一种由电机和液压联合控制的方法,在保证校直精度的前提下,尽可能降低校直机的成本,同时避免校直过程中刚性冲击现象的发生。
[Abstract]:At present, the main types of straightening machines in the market are divided into two types: hydraulic straightening machines and servo straightening machines. The hydraulic straightening machine has low machining precision and wide error range due to the influence of working medium performance. Servo straightening machine is controlled by servo motor, which has high control precision and fast response speed, but the equipment cost is high. In this paper, a method of combined control of motor and hydraulic is studied, which can reduce the cost of straightening machine and avoid the phenomenon of rigid impact in straightening process under the premise of ensuring straightening accuracy.
