汽车起重机活动支腿结构改进设计

【摘要】:汽车起重机在起重作业中,以其移动方便、操作灵活,在国民经济建设中得到广泛应用,而且现在产品已经系列化。活动支腿是汽车起重机的关键部件之一,它的主要作用是在作业时,能使整机快速离开地面,并迅速调平,以完成移动重物的工作。支腿设计工作量重复较大,而且结构相近,零部件容易被系列化。本文查阅了大量计算支腿支反力的相关资料,基于目前对汽车起重机的活动支腿结构研究,就活动支腿结构型式的选择、传统的支腿支承反力计算、ANSYS分析和结构试验论证,做出了论述。同时结合汽车起重机的活动支腿结构,建立有限元模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对汽车起重机活动支腿结构从刚度、强度两个方面进行分析,从而得到支腿应力集中区域及其分布规律,以此为基础,对起重机的活动支腿结构进行改进,改进后的支腿用应变片电测的方法验证,将试验结果和有限元分析结果进行对比,支腿的改进取得了不错的效果。
[Abstract]:Truck crane is widely used in the construction of national economy because of its convenient movement and flexible operation, and now the products have been serialized. The movable leg is one of the key parts of the truck crane. Its main function is to make the whole machine leave the ground quickly and adjust it quickly to finish the work of moving the heavy object. The design workload of leg is large, and the structure is similar, the parts are easy to be serialized. Based on the current research on the structure of the movable leg of the truck crane, the selection of the structure type of the movable leg, the traditional calculation of the supporting reaction force of the supporting leg, the ANSYS analysis and the structural test and demonstration are reviewed in this paper. A discussion is made. At the same time, combined with the movable leg structure of the truck crane, the finite element model is established, and the stiffness and strength of the moving leg structure of the truck crane are analyzed by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software. On the basis of this, the structure of the movable leg of the crane is improved. The improved method is verified by strain gauges, and the test results are compared with the results of finite element analysis. The improvement of the leg has achieved good results.
