基于DCS的空气压缩机控制系统设计
[Abstract]:Air compressor, as an important equipment of complete air separation unit, its working performance directly restricts the output and product quality of complete air separation unit. The nitrogen and oxygen of the air separation unit are the necessary raw gas and protective gas in many industries. The control system of the air separation unit is the control core of the operation of the unit. If the selection of the control system is not appropriate, it will not only affect the output of the air separation process products, but also affect the quality of the air separation process products. It will even bring a lot of unsafe factors to the operation of field equipment, thus causing serious economic losses and serious safety accidents to enterprises. In today's instrument industry, there are many sophisticated control systems. In principle, all the control systems can be applied, but in fact, different chemical processes have their own characteristics and different industries have their own unique operation methods. Different control systems not only meet all general control functions, but also have better control functions than other control systems in some specific industries. Not all control systems can be well applied in the field of air separation. In selecting and designing the control system of the device, it is necessary to know the performance index, system characteristics, software and hardware characteristics of the selected control system in advance. Thus, an advanced and stable control system is an indispensable part of the air compressor unit. Therefore, how to make its control system perfect, open and low cost has become a research and perfect topic in the field of control. In this paper, the ECS-700 system of Zhejiang University Central Control Company is chosen as the automatic control system of the air separation unit based on the background of DCS system transformation. Based on the DCS system design of air compressor in a company, this paper briefly describes the process flow of air separation unit and the working principle of air compressor. Then according to the process characteristics and production requirements of air compressor system of air separation unit, the related interlocking loop and anti-shock circuit are designed. And the ECS-700 system of Zhejiang University Central Control Company is comprehensively described. After introducing the system structure, performance, hardware performance and software function of ECS-700 in Zhejiang University, combined with the actual production requirements of air compressor system in air separation unit, according to the designed control scheme of air compressor, the paper introduces the system structure, performance, hardware performance and software function of ECS-700. The hardware configuration, logic configuration, control loop configuration and PC picture configuration are completed.
