粉末材料双极板制备热压机设计

【摘要】:受温室效应影响,燃料电池作为清洁能源之一,由于其具有高效、零污染、无噪音以及不受场地限制获得广泛关注,双极板是燃料电池最重要的组成部分,双极板的制备工艺和专用热压机装备研发一直是制约燃料电池发展的难点问题,因此,双极板专用热压机的设计研究成为了一项重要内容。本文在现有双极板制备工艺等对压机要求的基础上,提出双极板热压机的功能要求、设计要求、结构特点和模具设计要求,为双极板压机的设计生产提供参考依据,具体工作内容如下:(1)比较三种类型的液压机机身结构优缺点,框架式结构由于刚强度较好且成本较低等优点,选用为双极板专用热压机机身结构,并设计相关主机结构。(2)比较点型、直线形以及蛇形等流场性能优缺点,设计直线形流场模具结构;比较齿轮、凸轮以及棘轮等旋转机构,选择棘轮机构设计双极板模架可旋转机构,消除模具以及工作平台不平整性对双极板制备的影响。(3)根据热压板传热学的基本原理,设计电热压板与油加热板的加热孔道直径与孔道数,建立有限元模型对两结构进行热分析,得到两种热压板的温度场云图结果,实验验证两种热压板的结构设计合理性。(4)综合考虑双极板模具以及双极板压机机身的实际载荷情况,对双极板模具以及双极板压机机身建立有限元模型,并对模具和机身进行热力耦合仿真分析,揭示温度载荷对压机热加工变形机理。(5)实验验证双极板热压机机身和模具的变形与温度之间的关系,揭示热压过程中热压机变形影响机理;在机身与模具变形情况下,制件双极板实验,验证机身与模具的变形对双极板正常压制的影响。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of Greenhouse Effect, fuel cell is one of the clean energy sources. Because of its high efficiency, zero pollution, no noise and no limitation of site, bipolar plate is the most important component of fuel cell. The preparation process of bipolar plate and the research and development of special hot press equipment have been the difficult problems restricting the development of fuel cell. Therefore, the design and research of special hot press for bipolar plate has become an important content. On the basis of the existing bipolar plate preparation technology and other requirements for the press, this paper puts forward the functional requirements, design requirements, structural characteristics and die design requirements of the bipolar plate hot press, which provides a reference for the design and production of the bipolar plate press. The specific work is as follows: (1) comparing the advantages and disadvantages of three types of hydraulic press fuselage structure, the frame structure is chosen as the special hot-press body structure for bipolar plate due to the advantages of good rigidity and low cost. And design the related host structure. (2) compare the merits and demerits of point, linear and snake flow field, and design the die structure of linear flow field; Comparing the rotating mechanism of gear, cam and ratchet, selecting ratchet mechanism to design the rotating mechanism of bipolar plate mould frame, eliminating the influence of the unevenness of die and working platform on the preparation of bipolar plate. (3) according to the basic principle of heat transfer of hot pressing plate, The diameter and number of heating holes of electric hot pressing plate and oil heating plate are designed. The thermal analysis of the two structures is carried out by using finite element model, and the results of the temperature field cloud diagram of the two hot pressed plates are obtained. The experimental results show that the structural design of the two hot pressing plates is reasonable. (4) considering the actual load of the bipolar plate die and the body of the bipolar plate press, the finite element model of the bipolar plate die and the fuselage of the bipolar press is established. The thermo-mechanical coupling simulation analysis of die and fuselage is carried out to reveal the deformation mechanism of hot working press under temperature load. (5) the relationship between deformation and temperature of the body and die of bipolar plate hot press is verified by experiments. The influence mechanism of hot press deformation during hot pressing is revealed. In the case of the deformation of the fuselage and die, the effect of the deformation of the fuselage and die on the normal pressing of the bipolar plate is verified by the experiment of the bipolar plate.
