外加压静压型机械密封均压槽设计对动态性能的影响

【摘要】:外加压静压气体密封在启停等低速运转状态下具有良好的性能,并且便于通过调节气源进行干预。密封在运行过程中会受到非浮动环的窜动和偏摆的影响,故需要良好的追随性以维持密封稳定有效工作。本文采用小扰动法分别计算了采用整周和分区均压槽的外加压静压气体密封的动特性系数,然后进一步计算追随性,并进行了对比。结果表明,采用不同均压槽形式的密封在轴向上的性质差别不大,但相比于采用整周均压槽,采用分区均压槽的静压气体密封具有显著更高的角向直接动刚度、更好的对非浮动环偏摆的追随性。
[Abstract]:The external pressurized hydrostatic gas seal has good performance in low speed operation, such as starting and stopping, and it is convenient to intervene by adjusting the gas source. The seal will be affected by the movement and deflection of the non-floating ring during operation, so it is necessary to keep the seal stable and effective. In this paper, the dynamic characteristic coefficients of external pressurized hydrostatic gas seals with full cycle and zonal equal pressure grooves are calculated by using small perturbation method, and the following characteristics are further calculated and compared. The results show that there is little difference in the axial properties of the seals with different uniform pressure slots, but the hydrostatic gas seals with zonal pressure sharing grooves have significantly higher angular direct dynamic stiffness than those with full cycle uniform pressure grooves. Better follow the non-floating ring pendulum.
