齿轮齿面摩擦测试方法研究进展

【摘要】:首先,分析了齿面摩擦和一般接触面摩擦的区别,并结合一般接触面摩擦的测试方法分析了齿面摩擦测试的技术难点及技术要求。其次,系统地介绍了现有的齿面摩擦测试方法,包括电阻应变片法、等效转矩法、等效重力摆法和光弹性法,并对每1种测试方法的原理、优缺点以及适用范围进行了较为详细的论述;从测试精度、测试范围和测试过程复杂度的角度对比了上述几种齿面摩擦测试方法,并指出了各种测试方法中尚未解决的问题。最后,对齿面摩擦测试研究提出了一些展望。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the difference between tooth surface friction and general contact surface friction is analyzed, and the technical difficulties and technical requirements of tooth surface friction testing are analyzed in combination with the testing method of general contact surface friction. Secondly, the existing testing methods of tooth surface friction, including resistance strain gauge method, equivalent torque method, equivalent gravity pendulum method and photoelastic method, are introduced systematically. The advantages and disadvantages as well as the scope of application are discussed in detail; From the point of view of testing precision, testing range and testing process complexity, this paper compares the above several tooth surface friction testing methods, and points out the unsolved problems in various testing methods. Finally, some prospects for the study of tooth surface friction test are put forward.
