自适应封箱机的设计与研究

【摘要】:针对物流行业快速发展,物流包装量逐渐增大的情况,设计了一种可以自动封装不同尺寸规格箱子的封箱机。封箱机定位和封装功能需要不同的动力来驱动,因此设计了一种连杆滑块机构将上面两种功能联系起来,并基于封闭矢量法对其进行了运动学分析,得到该连杆滑块机构的运动学方程并用MATLAB对其运动过程进行了仿真。利用Solid Works该机构进行的三维建模,对其装配干涉进行了检查。通过对其运动特性和机械机构的分析,得到封箱机具体的设计参数。采用这种机构的封箱机可以减少机器中动力的数量,从而简化封箱机整体的结构,同时降低制造成本,节约能源。
[Abstract]:In view of the rapid development of logistics industry and the increasing volume of logistics packaging, a kind of packing machine which can automatically package boxes of different sizes is designed. The positioning and packaging functions of the sealing machine need different power to drive, so a kind of connecting rod slider mechanism is designed to connect the above two functions, and the kinematics analysis is carried out based on the closed vector method. The kinematics equation of the linkage slider mechanism is obtained and its motion process is simulated by MATLAB. The assembly interference was checked by using the 3D modeling of Solid Works. Through the analysis of its motion characteristics and mechanical mechanism, the specific design parameters of the sealing machine are obtained. The sealing machine with this kind of mechanism can reduce the number of power in the machine, thus simplify the whole structure of the sealing machine, at the same time, reduce the manufacturing cost and save energy.
