基于信息度量的PLM设计阶段产品信息流的结构分析

【摘要】:为了定性与定量描述产品在产品生命周期管理(PLM)设计阶段各环节信息状态,提出通过信息熵分析设计阶段各环节信息状态的不确定性,通过信息距离分析各环节取得某个状态所遇障碍的大小,然后采用顶层基本骨架(TBS)方法建立产品的三维模型并对其信息状态进行分析,结果表明,客户对产品的需求增加后,产品在设计及转移状态上需要的信息相应增加,通过信息状态的分析为产品在PLM设计阶段的开发过程提供信息学方面的依据。
[Abstract]:In order to describe qualitatively and quantitatively the information state of each link in product life cycle management (PLM) design stage, the uncertainty of information state in design stage is analyzed by information entropy. Through the information distance analysis, the size of the obstacles encountered in a certain state is obtained. Then the top-level basic skeleton (TBS) method is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the product and the information state is analyzed. The results show that, After the customer's demand for the product increases, the information needed in the design and transfer state of the product increases accordingly. The analysis of the information state provides the basis of informatics for the development process of the product in the PLM design stage.
