摇臂平铺式垃圾车改进设计

【摘要】:针对漳平市某机械制造公司生产的NSM262ZQF垃圾车存在的垃圾装载不均匀、装载容量小、效率低下、零件撞击易损等问题,运用机械设计、液压传动及电气控制等相关技术,研发设计具有自主知识产权的垃圾斗可开合、垃圾平铺装载、自动化程度较高的垃圾清理车。该垃圾清理车采用曲柄摇块机构实现摇臂的摆动,创新采用小液压缸伸缩控制实现垃圾斗的开合,并对结构改进后的液压传动系统和电气控制系统做了相应的设计。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of NSM262ZQF garbage truck produced by a mechanical manufacturing company in Zhangping City, such as uneven loading, small loading capacity, low efficiency, easy impact of parts, and so on, relevant technologies such as mechanical design, hydraulic transmission and electrical control are used. Research and design of garbage hopper with independent intellectual property can be opened and closed, garbage tiled loading, high degree of automation garbage cleaning vehicle. This garbage cleaning vehicle adopts crank rocker mechanism to realize rocker arm swing, innovates using small hydraulic cylinder telescopic control to realize garbage bucket opening and closing, and makes corresponding design of hydraulic transmission system and electric control system after structure improvement.
