工业机器人用谐波减速器传动性能正交试验分析

【摘要】:针对XB1—60—160型谐波减速器,采用销-盘滑动摩擦磨损试验机对柔轮内壁与波发生器柔性轴承外圈进行摩擦配副正交试验。选取传动效率作为谐波减速器润滑性能和传动性能的评价指标,考察润滑方式、转速、载荷等因素对传动效率的影响。结果表明:润滑是影响谐波减速器摩擦磨损性能和传动效率的主导因素,载荷次之,转速影响最小;在载荷为23~107 N,脂润滑时谐波减速器润滑状态良好,表现出较高的传动效率;并通过Streibeck曲线对摩擦因数的分析发现,在中高转速时,脂润滑的润滑行为由混合润滑向弹性动力润滑过渡,能够保持良好的润滑稳定性能。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the XB1-60-160 harmonic reducer, the friction matching orthogonal test between the inner wall of the flexible wheel and the outer ring of the flexible bearing of the wave generator is carried out by using the pin-disc sliding friction and wear tester. The transmission efficiency is selected as the evaluation index of the lubricating performance and transmission performance of harmonic reducer, and the influence of lubrication mode, speed and load on transmission efficiency is investigated. The results show that lubrication is the leading factor affecting the friction and wear performance and transmission efficiency of harmonic reducer, followed by load and speed. When the load is 23107N, the lubrication condition of harmonic reducer is good and the transmission efficiency is high. Through the analysis of friction coefficient by Streibeck curve, it is found that the lubricating behavior of grease is changed from mixed lubrication to elastic dynamic lubrication at medium and high rotational speed, which can maintain good lubricating stability.
