表面形貌对滚动接触疲劳寿命的影响

【摘要】:基于国内外研究现状,以滚动轴承为研究对象,将滚子与滚道等效为点接触模型,研究了干摩擦条件下,表面形貌对滚动接触疲劳寿命的影响。建立了Zeretsky寿命模型,分析了表面均方根值、峰度及偏度、纹理特性对次表面应力分布和滚动接触疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:均方根值增加,次表面高应力区将靠近表面,滚动接触疲劳寿命降低;峰度增加将导致滚动接触疲劳寿命降低;纹理可使滚动疲劳寿命降低。
[Abstract]:Based on the present research situation at home and abroad, the roller and raceway are equivalent to point contact model, and the effect of surface morphology on rolling contact fatigue life under dry friction is studied. The Zeretsky life model is established, and the effects of the root mean square value, kurtosis and skewness of surface, texture characteristics on the distribution of subsurface stress and rolling contact fatigue life are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of root mean square value, the high stress region of the subsurface will close to the surface, and the rolling contact fatigue life will decrease, while the rolling contact fatigue life will decrease with the increase of kurtosis, and the rolling fatigue life will be decreased with the texture.
