挖掘机电力驱动回转减速器的可靠性研究

【摘要】:只有保证机械产品有良好的可靠性指标才能保障我国机械产品在国际市场上具有争力,工程设计中不仅有随机问题,还含有很多的模糊性问题,这就不得不更加深入研究常规可靠性设计理论,扩展它的应用范围。电力驱动回转减速器是混合动力挖掘机的关键零部件,由于驱动电机额定转矩大、变化范围广,对回转减速器的性能尤其是可靠性提出了更高的要求,论文针对该减速器进行了可靠性分析,为挖掘机电力驱动回转减速器的优化和改进提供更为精确的技术保障,本文的主要工作内容如下:(1)三维建模与有限元分析。根据减速器的基本参数,运用三维绘图软件UG建立回转减速器各关键零件的三维实体模型,并进行装配模拟。用ANSYS软件对各关键零件进行有限元分析,验证该减速器在强度设计方面的合理性。(2)常规可靠性分析。建立各零件,各行星轮子系统以及行星轮总系统的常规可靠度计算模型,根据减速器的基本参数与前面的计算结果,分别代入2组不同的数据,具体计算电力驱动回转减速器的各零件以及系统的常规可靠度,验证模型的合理性并分析计算结果。(3)模糊可靠性分析。通过隶属函数来定量的描述模糊事件,确定各零件的隶属函数确定方案,给出了零件模糊可靠度的计算模型推导方法,并对各零件的模糊可靠度模型进行推导,分别代入2组数据对减速器各零件和系统的模糊可靠度进行计算,验证模型的合理性并分析计算结果。(4)对电力驱动回转减速器进行疲劳试验。确定试验方案,分析试验结果,验证减速器的可靠性,模糊可靠性计算模型的正确性和精确性。
[Abstract]:Only by ensuring that mechanical products have good reliability index can we ensure that China's mechanical products are competitive in the international market. In engineering design, there are not only random problems, but also many fuzzy problems. Therefore, the conventional reliability design theory has to be further studied and its application scope expanded. The electric drive rotary reducer is the key component of the hybrid excavator. Because of the large rated torque and wide range of variation of the drive motor, the performance, especially the reliability, of the rotary reducer is required higher. The reliability analysis of the reducer is carried out in this paper, which provides a more accurate technical guarantee for the optimization and improvement of the electric drive rotary reducer of excavator. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) 3D modeling and finite element analysis. According to the basic parameters of the reducer, the 3D solid model of the key parts of the rotary reducer is established by using the 3D drawing software UG, and the assembly simulation is carried out. The finite element analysis of the key parts is carried out with ANSYS software to verify the rationality of the reducer in strength design. (2) conventional reliability analysis. The conventional reliability calculation models of each part, planetary wheel system and planetary wheel total system are established. According to the basic parameters of the reducer and the results of the previous calculation, two groups of different data are inserted respectively. The conventional reliability of the parts and systems of the electric drive rotary reducer is calculated, the rationality of the model is verified and the calculation results are analyzed. (3) Fuzzy reliability analysis. The fuzzy events are quantitatively described by membership function, the membership function of each part is determined, the method of calculating fuzzy reliability model is given, and the fuzzy reliability model of each part is deduced. Two groups of data are used to calculate the fuzzy reliability of the parts and systems of the reducer, to verify the rationality of the model and to analyze the results. (4) the fatigue test of the electric drive rotary reducer is carried out. The test scheme is determined and the test results are analyzed to verify the reliability of the reducer and the correctness and accuracy of the fuzzy reliability calculation model.
