基于多体动力学车辆操纵稳定性影响因素分析

【摘要】:操纵稳定性是自卸车安全高效运输的重要保证,影响其的因素较多,正确建立分析模型是研究影响因素的重要前提。结合自卸车所采用的油气悬架系统的结构和性能特征,基于多刚体动力学法,建立4自由度某自卸车的动力学模型和数学模型。在时不变输入状态下,采用稳定性理论分析,判断整车系统具有稳定性的条件。基于所搭建的整车多体动力学模型,整车在满载与空载时,对车辆簧载质量质心位置、轴距、悬架系统参数等主要结构参数变化时,各状态参数的响应进行分析,获得主要参数变化对整车操纵稳定性的影响。由分析结果可知:当簧载质量质心越靠近前轴时越有利于提高操纵稳定性;侧倾轴线与簧载质量质心的高度对质心侧向速度与横摆角速度影响较小;悬架的刚度对整车质心处的侧向速度和横摆角速度的影响较小;相同条件下,应该选择轴距较长的设计;车辆前悬架刚度取值越小,而后悬架取值越大,则车辆稳态转向时,簧载质量的侧倾角越小;簧载质量质心越靠前越有利于提高车辆的操纵稳定性;所采用的研究方法和获得的研究结果为此类设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:The handling stability is an important guarantee for the safe and efficient transportation of dump truck, and there are many factors affecting it. It is an important prerequisite to study the influencing factors to set up the analysis model correctly. Based on the multi-rigid body dynamics method, a dynamic model and a mathematical model of a 4-DOF dump truck are established based on the structure and performance characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system used in the dump truck. In the state of time-invariant input, the stability theory is used to judge the stability condition of the whole vehicle system. Based on the multi-body dynamic model of the whole vehicle, the response of each state parameter is analyzed when the mass center of spring load, wheelbase, suspension system parameter and other main structural parameters of the vehicle are changed when the vehicle is under full load and no load, such as mass center position, wheelbase, suspension system parameters and so on. The influence of the main parameters on the handling stability of the whole vehicle is obtained. The results show that: the closer the spring mass center is to the front axle, the better the handling stability is, and the influence of the height of the roll axis and the spring mass center on the lateral velocity and the yaw angular velocity of the mass center is small. The stiffness of suspension has little effect on the lateral velocity and yaw angular velocity at the center of mass of the whole vehicle, under the same conditions, the design with longer wheelbase should be selected. The smaller the stiffness of the front suspension and the greater the value of the rear suspension, the smaller the lateral angle of the spring mass, the more forward the mass center of the spring load is, the better the handling stability of the vehicle is. The research methods and results obtained provide reference for this kind of design.
