M50NiL与M50制轴承套圈引导面耐磨损性能对比分析

【摘要】:为提高某型主机轴承使用寿命,将套圈材料由M50更换为M50NiL。针对试验考核时轴承出现保持架与套圈引导面严重磨损的情况,借助航空轴承试验机,在高d_m·n值下对M50NiL和M50轴承套圈引导面的耐磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:与M50相比,M50NiL轴承套圈引导面的耐磨性较差。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the service life of bearing, the ring material was changed from M50 to M50NiL. In view of the serious wear of the cages and the guide surfaces of the rings, the wear resistance of the guide surfaces of M50NiL and M50 bearing rings was studied with the aid of the aviation bearing testing machine under the high value of d _ m _ n. The results show that the wear resistance of the guide surface of M50NiL bearing ring is worse than that of M 50.
