摆线齿锥齿轮刀盘半径修正对齿面接触性能的影响

【摘要】:针对摆线齿锥齿轮刀盘参数的选取,研究了刀盘半径修正对齿面接触性能的影响。根据摆线齿锥齿轮加工刀具和产形轮的形成原理,建立了加工摆线齿锥齿轮的数学模型。对不同曲率的齿面做了啮合分析。通过算例分析,研究了刀盘半径修正对啮合参考点处相对主曲率的影响。编写了TCA程序,得到不同刀盘切向半径修正量的齿面接触印痕。通过三维软件建立大、小轮齿面的三维模型并进行虚拟装配,得到不同刀盘半径修正的齿面在参考点处啮合时的瞬时接触椭圆。通过对比以及量化分析,得到接触区长度随着刀盘半径修正量的增加而变短的规律。为摆线齿锥齿轮刀盘参数的设计计算提供了参考。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the selection of the parameters of cycloidal bevel gear cutters, the influence of cutter radius modification on tooth surface contact performance is studied. According to the forming principle of cycloidal bevel gear, the mathematical model of machining cycloidal bevel gear is established. Meshing analysis of tooth surfaces with different curvature is made. The influence of cutter radius modification on the relative principal curvature of meshing reference point is studied by an example. The TCA program is written to get the contact mark of the tooth surface of different cutter head tangential radius correction. The 3D model of the tooth surface of large and small wheel is built by 3D software and virtual assembly is carried out. The instantaneous contact ellipse of tooth surface modified by different cutter radius is obtained when meshing at reference point. By comparison and quantitative analysis, the length of contact area is shortened with the increase of cutter radius correction. It provides a reference for the design and calculation of the cutter head parameters of cycloidal bevel gear.
