一种新型上板机的结构设计

【摘要】:在硅酸钙板生产线的原有上板机基础上重新设计了一种上板机,主要由滑动小车、气缸、吸盘架、橡胶真空吸盘、曲柄连杆式机构和机架组成[1]。滑动小车摒弃传统的真空管道和抽风机,大大降低了整体设备的耗能量;吸盘架采用杠杆传动机构代替繁琐的导套、导柱机构,气缸提升力更小;小车往返运动采用新型的曲柄连杆滑块机构运输,大大缩短了小车往返行程、加快了小车的运行速度。该新型上板机能极大提高板料的运输效率,应用效果显著。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the original upper plate machine of calcium silicate plate production line, a new type of upper plate machine is designed, which is mainly composed of sliding trolley, cylinder, sucker frame, rubber vacuum chuck, crank connecting rod mechanism and machine frame [1]. The sliding trolley abandoned the traditional vacuum pipe and the exhaust machine, greatly reduced the energy consumption of the whole equipment, the sucker used the lever transmission mechanism to replace the tedious guide sleeve, the guide post mechanism, the cylinder lifting force was smaller; A new type of crank, connecting rod and slider mechanism is used to transport the trolley round trip, which greatly shortens the round trip and speeds up the running speed of the trolley. The new machine can greatly improve the transport efficiency of sheet metal, and the application effect is remarkable.
