高扬程立式长轴泵泵轴密封的设计与探讨

【摘要】:本文对一台扬程高达230 m的立式长轴泵进行水力分析与探讨,在原有结构的基础上经过精确计算,增加了一个减压衬套,使填料密封的泄漏量达到正常水平,成功地解决了高扬程立式长轴泵泵轴密封的问题。同时,对高扬程泵泵轴密封泄漏问题有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the hydraulic analysis and discussion of a vertical long shaft pump with a lift up to 230 m are carried out. On the basis of accurate calculation of the original structure, a pressure reducing bushing is added to make the leakage of the packing seal reach the normal level. The problem of shaft seal of high head vertical long shaft pump is solved successfully. At the same time, it can be used for reference to the leakage of shaft seal of high head pump.
