基于任意分层方向的点云模型等厚分层算法研究

【摘要】:在快速成型工艺中,采用光固化成型和熔融沉积成型进行实体制造时需要添加支撑,然而添加支撑不合理时会造成精度损失。另外不论是CAD模型、STL模型还是点云模型,当成型面与成型方向存在一定角度时就会产生台阶效应,降低成型精度。综合以上两方面的考虑,提出了基于任意分层方向的点云模型等厚分层算法,使用MATLAB软件实现本算法并进行了模拟实验,实验证明本算法在一定程度上降低了添加支撑不合理和台阶效应引起的精度损失。最后本文引入了模型的失真评价指数来进一步佐证本算法的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In the rapid prototyping process, it is necessary to add the support when the light curing molding and the melt deposition forming are used in the solid manufacturing, but the precision will be lost when the support is not reasonable. In addition, no matter the CAD model, STL model or point cloud model, when there is a certain angle between the forming surface and the forming direction, the step effect will be produced and the forming accuracy will be reduced. Considering the above two aspects, an equal thickness delamination algorithm of point cloud model based on arbitrary stratification direction is proposed. The algorithm is implemented by using MATLAB software and the simulation experiment is carried out. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the loss of precision caused by unreasonable support and step effect to some extent. Finally, the distortion evaluation index of the model is introduced to further prove the reliability of the algorithm.
