空气分离机组多跨轴系稳定性研究

【摘要】:国产大型空分设备运行可靠性差,连续运转周期短,设备故障率高,空气分离类成套装备运转稳定性研究,已经成为国内迫切需要解决的科学问题。以某大型空分机组滑动轴承支撑轴系为研究对象,得到轴承油膜系统劳斯阵列;劳斯阵列第一列元素都为正值,运用劳斯稳定性判据得到轴承油膜系统稳定;运用传递矩阵原理,借助MATLAB软件求解矩阵,计算出轴系各轴承的标高与载荷值;依据轴系在联轴器处弯矩和剪力为零的原则,得到轴系安装扬度曲线;轴系安装扬度曲线为一条光顺的曲线。该研究为大型多跨、多支撑轴系稳定性研究提供了重要参考和工程依据。
[Abstract]:The research on the operation stability of domestic large air separation equipment with low reliability, short continuous operation period, high failure rate and complete sets of air separation equipment has become an urgent scientific problem to be solved in China. Taking the bearing supporting shafting system of a large air separation unit as the research object, the oil film system Ros array is obtained, and the first series of elements of the Ross array are all positive, and the stability of the bearing oil film system is obtained by using the Rouse stability criterion. Based on the transfer matrix principle and the MATLAB software to solve the matrix, the elevation and load values of each bearing of the shaft system are calculated, and according to the principle of zero bending moment and shear force at the shaft coupling, the installation lifting curve of the shaft system is obtained. The shafting installation lift curve is a smooth curve. This study provides an important reference and engineering basis for the study of the stability of large multi-span and multi-braced shafting.
