电驱钢球锁紧机构的试验研究及设计优化

【摘要】:电驱钢球锁紧机构是一种机械式快开执行机构,用于重要法兰结构的连接锁紧、快速解锁。针对该机构解锁速度要求高、工作温度范围广的特点,采用控制变量试验方法,对各因素对该机构钢球锁和电磁铁的影响进行分析,得出了解锁阻力与解锁速度、环境温度间的关系,并得出了吸合力与环境温度间的关系。然后,通过钢球锁结构优化、电磁铁参数优化、热变形协调设计等设计优化方法,有效提高了电驱钢球锁紧机构的解锁安全裕度。
[Abstract]:The electric drive ball locking mechanism is a kind of mechanical quick-opening actuator, which is used to fasten and unlock the important flange structure. In view of the characteristics of high unlocking speed and wide range of working temperature, the influence of various factors on the steel ball lock and electromagnet of the mechanism is analyzed by using the control variable test method, and the unlocking resistance and unlocking speed are obtained. The relationship between environmental temperature and absorptive force is obtained. Then, through the optimization of steel ball lock structure, electromagnet parameter optimization, thermal deformation coordination design and other optimization methods, the safety margin of electric drive steel ball locking mechanism is improved effectively.
