动力涡轮轴承性能试验台的研制

【摘要】:针对动力涡轮轴承高速、高温的运行工况、极限载荷条件及其运转特点,研制了动力涡轮轴承试验台。介绍了试验台的技术方案及相关参数计算方法。运行结果表明,该试验台可靠性良好,运行平稳,满足动力涡轮轴承的性能试验要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the high-speed and high-temperature operating conditions, limit load conditions and operating characteristics of power turbine bearings, a power turbine bearing test-bed is developed. This paper introduces the technical scheme of the test-bed and the calculation method of the relevant parameters. The running results show that the test-bed has good reliability and stable operation, and meets the performance test requirements of power turbine bearings.
