基于等效理论研究1Cr18Ni9Ti蠕变-高温疲劳试验寿命

【摘要】:通过Manson公式研究了蠕变寿命与高温疲劳蠕变寿命之间的关系,并分别在600~700℃下对1Cr18Ni9Ti进行高温疲劳蠕变和蠕变试验,研究了温度对蠕变寿命的影响。采用SEM进行断口形貌观察及EDS能谱分析。结果表明:理论预测寿命均在实测寿命的2倍误差带内,证明了将高温疲劳蠕变寿命预测转换成蠕变寿命预测的可行性;试验温度高于625℃后对蠕变寿命的影响显著;断口处有大量的孔洞和氧化物出现,氧化薄膜周围容易形成裂纹源。
