基于MBD的零件工艺信息模型的建模及工艺性评价

【摘要】:在MBD技术的实施过程中,三维工艺是其重点和关键,也是企业在生产和制造水平上的具体表现。MBD工艺信息模型作为三维工艺的承载体,研究它的建模过程与工艺性评价,有助于在设计的早期阶段对产品的工艺进行分析,减少工艺设计人员的重复性劳动,节省研发的时间和生产成本,并使得模型能直接用于指导加工实际。MBD工艺信息模型作为产品信息的唯一载体与依据,保证了信息在传递过程中准确性,加快产品的生产效率的同时,全面提升了产品质量,满足企业进行信息积累和知识库的扩充的要求,提高企业在现代制造行业中的竞争力、适应能力、生存能力。 本文以MBD工艺信息模型为研究对象,对模型的定义、信息表达、建模方法以及工艺性评价进行了研究和探讨,并在SolidWorks环境下建立了铜套的MBD工艺信息模型,利用二次开发工具Visual Basic6.0对模型的工艺信息进行提取与工艺性评价,验证和支持了本文的观点。 首先,论述了目前国内和国外MBD技术发展使用情况以及MBD工艺信息模型的研究现状,指出了现今对MBD工艺信息模型研究的不足之处。 其次,对MBD工艺信息模型的定义进行了解析和补充,详细论述了MBD工艺信息模型的基本构成并以此为依据对工艺信息层次化三维表达进行了探讨,提出了一种MBD工艺信息的标注方法。 再次,根据MBD工艺信息模型的工艺性评价的含义、依据与目标,提出了MBD工艺信息模型的工艺性评价方案,并介绍了评价方案的技术基础。 最后,,以一个铜套零件为例,建立了铜套的MBD工艺信息模型,并开发了一个小型MBD工艺信息模型的工艺性评价系统,针对这个铜套的MBD工艺信息模型,进行了工艺性评价,论证了本文的观点。
[Abstract]:In the process of implementation of MBD technology, 3-D process is the key point and key point, and it is also the concrete performance of enterprise in production and manufacture level. As the carrier of 3-D process, the modeling process and process evaluation of MBD process information model is studied, and its modeling process and process evaluation are studied. It helps to analyze the process of the product in the early stage of the design, reduces the repetitive labor of the process designer, and saves the time of research and development and the cost of production. MBD process information model can be used as the sole carrier and basis of product information, which ensures the accuracy of information transmission, speeds up the production efficiency, and improves the product quality in an all-round way. It can meet the requirements of information accumulation and knowledge base expansion, and improve the competitiveness, adaptability and survivability of enterprises in modern manufacturing industry. Taking the MBD process information model as the research object, the definition, information expression, modeling method and process evaluation of the model are studied and discussed, and the MBD process information model of copper sleeve is established under the environment of SolidWorks. The secondary development tool Visual Basic6.0 is used to extract and evaluate the process information of the model, which validates and supports the viewpoint of this paper. Firstly, the development and application of MBD technology at home and abroad as well as the research status of MBD process information model are discussed, and the shortcomings of MBD process information model research are pointed out. Secondly, the definition of MBD process information model is analyzed and supplemented, and the basic structure of MBD process information model is discussed in detail. Based on this, the three-dimensional hierarchical expression of process information is discussed. A method of labeling MBD process information is presented. Thirdly, according to the meaning of process evaluation of MBD process information model and the aim of MBD process information model, the process evaluation scheme of MBD process information model is put forward, and the technical basis of the evaluation scheme is introduced. Finally, taking a copper sleeve part as an example, the MBD process information model of the copper sleeve is established, and a small MBD process information model evaluation system is developed. The MBD process information model of the copper sleeve is evaluated. This paper demonstrates the point of view.
