QTZ63.6010自升式塔式起重机变频控制研究

【摘要】:目前QTZ63自升式塔式起重机的调速方式是传统的转子串电阻调速与变极调速。然而这样的方式存在很多缺点:调速速比小,效率低,能耗高,对机械结构冲击大,另外控制系统也通过运用很多的接触器和中间继电器来实现,频繁起停容易烧毁触点,以致设施的可靠性差,加大了维护的工作量。本文通过对塔式起重机工作特点进行分析,提出了一种基于PLC控制的变频调速方法,用它来代替原有的调速方式,可以增加塔式起重机调速系统的稳定性,通过了解塔式起重机具体工作过程,确定了PLC、变频器的选型,根据塔式起重机安全性能的要求,对PLC程序进行设计。并根据塔式起重机的起升、变幅、回转、三大机构各自的特点制定了闭环矢量控制、开环矢量控制、U/f控制等不同的变频控制方案,用MATLAB仿真转子串电阻调速方法与变频调速方法,在此基础上,论述了变频调速的可靠性与稳定性,为变频调速技术在越来越多的领域中普遍运用提供依据。使用非凡的变频控制技术和可编程序控制相结合,其运行可靠性相比传统塔机电控系统而言,运行越发节能、高效、安全、可靠。
[Abstract]:At present, the speed regulation mode of QTZ63 self-lifting tower crane is the traditional rotor string resistance speed regulation and pole variable speed regulation. However, there are many shortcomings in this way: low speed ratio, low efficiency, high energy consumption, great impact on the mechanical structure, in addition, the control system is realized by using a lot of contactors and intermediate relays, and it is easy to burn down contacts from frequent stops. As a result of the poor reliability of facilities, increased maintenance workload. Based on the analysis of the working characteristics of tower crane, this paper puts forward a method of variable frequency speed regulation based on PLC control, which can increase the stability of speed regulation system of tower crane by using it instead of the original speed regulation method. Through understanding the concrete working process of tower crane, the selection of PLC, frequency converter is determined. According to the requirements of safety performance of tower crane, the PLC program is designed. According to the characteristics of lifting, amplitude changing, rotating and three main mechanisms of tower crane, the closed loop vector control, open loop vector control, UFF control and other variable frequency control schemes are formulated. The rotor string resistance speed regulation method and frequency conversion speed regulation method are simulated with MATLAB. On this basis, the reliability and stability of frequency conversion speed regulation are discussed, which provides the basis for the universal application of frequency conversion speed regulation technology in more and more fields. Combined with special frequency conversion control technology and programmable control, its operation reliability is more and more energy-saving, efficient, safe and reliable compared with the traditional tower crane electronic control system.
