考虑信息不确定性的串行迭代时间模型的研究

【摘要】:串行迭代模型中信息不确定性导致任务的迭代返工,增加了任务的总执行时间。针对这一问题,通过对上、下游串行任务执行过程的分析,得出造成信息不确定性的主要原因,确定信息不确定度函数,构建考虑信息不确定性的串行迭代时间模型。进而通过对该模型的分析得到任务间的依赖关系指数和上、下游设计人员间的交流次数对迭代返工时间的影响规律,从而为缩短产品开发过程中任务的迭代返工时间和总执行时间提供了理论参考。以某机械产品的开发项目为例,验证了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:In the serial iterative model, the information uncertainty leads to the iterative rework of the task, which increases the total execution time of the task. In order to solve this problem, through the analysis of the execution process of upstream and downstream serial tasks, the main causes of information uncertainty are obtained, the information uncertainty function is determined, and the serial iterative time model considering information uncertainty is constructed. Then, through the analysis of the model, the influence of inter-task dependency index and the number of communication between downstream designers on iterative rework time is obtained. This provides a theoretical reference for shortening the iterative rework time and total execution time of tasks in the process of product development. Taking the development project of a mechanical product as an example, the effectiveness of the model is verified.
