影响锥阀阀芯轴向振动的关键因素

【摘要】:锥阀由于结构简单、密封性好、响应快,在液压系统中被广泛采用。而锥阀在使用过程中易产生振动、噪声与空化等现象,影响了液压系统的调压稳定性和工作可靠性。锥阀从本质上来看是由阀芯-弹簧构成的弹簧质量振动系统,在流场扰动因素的作用下极易产生振动,从而引起压力调节阀的调定压力产生波动。运用流固耦合的方法分析了不同阀芯结构对锥阀轴向振动的影响,发现在阀芯轴向振动过程中阀口逆压力梯度区的压力波动幅值和相位会产生剧烈变化,对阀芯轴向振动幅值产生较大影响。
[Abstract]:Conical valve is widely used in hydraulic system because of its simple structure, good sealing and fast response. The conical valve is easy to produce vibration, noise and cavitation in the process of use, which affects the pressure regulation stability and working reliability of the hydraulic system. In essence, the cone valve is a spring mass vibration system composed of valve core and spring, which is easy to produce vibration under the action of flow field disturbance, which leads to the fluctuation of the regulating pressure of the pressure regulating valve. The influence of different valve core structures on the axial vibration of conical valve is analyzed by using the method of fluid-solid coupling. It is found that the amplitude and phase of pressure fluctuation in the reverse pressure gradient region of the valve core will change dramatically in the process of axial vibration of the valve core. It has a great influence on the axial vibration amplitude of the valve core.
