基于Teager能量算子和ZFFT的滚动轴承故障特征提取

【摘要】:滚动轴承在发生故障时其振动信号会出现调制现象。Teager能量算子相比于Hilbert变换在运算速度和解调精度方面具有明显优势,但其不能提供足够高的分辨率来解调低频调制信号,为此提出复调制细化谱分析方法。通过轴承故障模拟实验,对采集的正常、内圈轻微、严重故障的轴承振动信号进行Teager能量算子解调,然后对其包络进行复调制细化谱分析,得到轴承回转频率及其谐波,内圈故障特征频率及其谐波、边频带。随着轴承内圈故障程度的增加,内圈故障特征频率、边频带的幅值明显增大,可作为滚动轴承内圈点蚀故障特征参数。
[Abstract]:When the rolling bearing fails, the vibration signal of the rolling bearing will appear modulation phenomenon. Teager energy operator has obvious advantages in operation speed and demodulation accuracy compared with Hilbert transform, but it can not provide enough resolution to Demodulate low frequency modulation signal. In this paper, a complex modulation refinement spectrum analysis method is proposed. Through the bearing fault simulation experiment, the vibration signal of the bearing with normal, slight inner ring and serious fault is Demodulated by Teager energy operator, and then the envelope of the bearing is analyzed by complex modulation refinement spectrum, and the rotation frequency and harmonics of the bearing are obtained. Inner ring fault characteristic frequency and its harmonics, edge band. With the increase of the fault degree of the inner ring of the bearing, the characteristic frequency and the amplitude of the edge band of the inner ring of the bearing increase obviously, which can be used as the characteristic parameters of the pitting fault of the inner ring of the rolling bearing.
