华北石化循环水泵机械密封改造取得实效

【摘要】：正华北石化公司重整装置在大检修期间对余热锅炉系统强制循环泵的机械密封进行了改造。截至2017年8月31日,机泵已平稳运行了4个月,各项性能指标良好,参照过去每两个月就要更换机械密封的频率,每年可节约维修成本近5万元。强制循环泵将重整装置蒸汽发生器中的除氧水输送回余热锅炉中再次加热,输送介质温度高达250℃,是影响装置能否长周期运行的关键设备。改造前,该泵机械密封采用自冲洗的冷却方式,长时间高温运转,密封极易损坏,维修保养费用高,也影响了装置的安全平稳
[Abstract]:The mechanical seal of forced circulating pump of waste heat boiler system was reformed during overhaul in reforming unit of Zhenghuabei Petrochemical Company. As of August 31, 2017, the pump has been running smoothly for four months, and all the performance indexes are good. Referring to the frequency of replacing the mechanical seal every two months in the past two months, the maintenance cost can be saved by nearly 50,000 yuan per year. The forced circulation pump transmits the deoxidizing water from the steam generator of the reforming unit back to the waste heat boiler for reheating, and the temperature of the conveying medium is as high as 250 鈩，
